RBEProcess

Backhoe loader rental, from enquiry to site.

Six steps, each with a clear outcome. Nothing is dispatched to your site until availability, access and terms are settled in writing.

01Requirement

Your site, your work, your dates.

Tell us the site, the type of work, your start date and how long you need the machine — 15 days is the minimum. A call or WhatsApp message is enough to begin.

You → RBE replies with availability for your dates.

02Site information

How the machine reaches and works on your site.

Share a map pin and the access route: road width, sharp bends, last-mile surface and where the machine will work and park. Photos help for hill sites.

You + RBE → We know how the machine will reach and work on the site.

03Machine & terms

The machine and the terms, in the quote.

RBE confirms in writing: the machine, rental period, working hours, operator, diesel, mobilisation, idle-time and breakdown terms — plus the rock breaker and GST invoice if you need them.

RBE → Written terms you can approve before anything moves.

04Mobilisation

Out from Haldwani, on a planned route.

The machine is checked before dispatch from Haldwani or Majkhali (Ranikhet). Route, travel method (own wheels or trailer) and arrival date are fixed, with season and road conditions in mind.

RBE → A confirmed arrival date.

05Arrival

Into the plot. Stabilisers down.

The machine arrives on the agreed date and sets up where the site plan said it would work and park.

06Work begins

Daily plan agreed, hours on record.

The machine and its RBE operator arrive and start work. Your site contact and the operator agree the daily plan.

RBE + your site team → Work underway.

07Support

Through the rental, to extension or return.

One named contact through the rental, the agreed breakdown process if anything stops, and an extension or return at the end.

RBE → One person accountable until the job is done.

→For a fast quote

Send these five things. That’s all.

Five things: the site location (a map pin is best), the type of work, the start date, how long you need the machine (15 days minimum) and the working hours per day. For hill sites, also tell us about the access road — width, sharp bends and the last stretch to the site. Photos help but are not required. If you need a GST invoice or the rock breaker, say so at the start.

→Timing

How quickly can I get a backhoe loader on my site?

Two things decide it: whether the machine is free for your dates, and how far your site is from Haldwani or Majkhali, the two places RBE dispatches from. Sites around Haldwani and the plains, or around Ranikhet and Almora, are the shortest moves. Remote sites need the route planned first (see deployment planning). Send the location, type of work and start date, and RBE confirms availability and an arrival date before you commit.
